β’ For hot tea: Steep 1β3 tsp in 8 oz boiling water for 5β7 minutes. Strain, sweeten if desired, and sip with intention.
β’ For iced tea: Brew as above, then pour over ice.
β’ For overnight infusion: Add 3β5 tbsp to a quart jar, cover with boiling water, and steep overnight. Strain and sip throughout the day.
